The following is a list of affected services, features and data centers which will require domain name updates in the collector URLs. Collector URLs must be updated by June 30th 2020 to avoid future incoming data loss. The availability date is the first day customers can expect to be able to send data to the new collector domains. The end date is the planned end of service date for the existing IBM domains.

Updating the Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) UI Capture Library – The following changes need to be made to your configuration:
- Search and replace your “current domain” listed above with the “new domain” provided.
Example: endpoint: “https://collector.tealeaf.ibmcloud.com/collector/collectorPost“ - Search for ‘ibmcloud.com‘ in order to identify any possible outliers that may be missed (example: custom services script or module)
- Once deployed to a lower environment for testing, it is recommended that you validate where the traffic is being sent:
- Open the application in Chrome or Firefox
- Open developer tools
- Check the network tab for collectorPost requests and ensure no requests are going to the ibmcloud.com domain
Updating the Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) Native Mobile SDK – The following changes need to be made to your configuration:
- iOS SDK – Update domain name only in the “PostMessageUrl” and “KillSwitchUrl” fields in the TealeafBasicConfig.list file
- Android SDK – Update domain name only in the “PostMessageUrl” and “KillSwitchUrl” fields in the TealeafBasicConfig.properties file

Updating the Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) Overstat Snapshot plugin for Firefox – The following changes would need to be made to your configuration:
- Click on “Tealeaf Plugin for Firefox”
- Click on the Settings button located on the top right of the page
- Update the “Tealeaf URL” field that contains “https://tealeaf.ibmcloud.com/” or similar with the new goacoustic.com URL listed above.

Updating the Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) Voice of Customer integration – The following changes would need to be made to your configuration:
- The change over to the Acoustic owned domain name requires your 3rd party VOC provider to update the Replay URL. Replace the domain only with the new domain listed above.
